MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION

Member of Administration of the Organization (Civil, non profitable company) is the General Assembly of the members and the Board of Directors.

The General Assembly is the responsible supreme body of the Organization’s decision making which is consisted of:
a)    the regular members (with the right of vote) and
b)    the deputy members

The annual contribution of membership is the amount of 150 Euros for the regular members and the amount of 100 Euros for the deputy members.

The Board of Directors (BoD) is the supreme body of administration and representation of the organization.

BoDs consist of the President, the Vice President, and the Secretary/Treasurer. They are elected by the General Assembly with absolute majority after their relevant candidature. Their tenure of office is three-year and they can be re-elected.

The first assigned BoD is as follows:

a)    President Mr Fotis Vlachos, International Relations Expert,
b)    Vice President Mr Pantelis Papanikolopoulos Attorney In Law
c)    Secretary and Treasurer Mr Vasilios Balaskas, Development Expert
